Clinic Appointment

A phlebotomist takes your sample at a CQC-regulated clinic hub. A nationwide network of 275 clinics.

How it works

1. We post your kit to you.
2. You book an appointment at your nearest hub and take the kit with you.
3. A trained phlebotomist takes your sample.
4. You post the sample the same day, before that day's final collection.

Check there is a clinic near you before you order. If you are not sure, email contact@n1health.co.uk with your postcode before you buy and we will tell you.

Changes and cancellations

Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Inside that window, or if you do not attend, the appointment fee is not refunded and a further appointment must be purchased. Your panel and kit are not affected. If the provider cannot carry out the draw, we rebook you at no cost.

Book your draw for a Monday to Thursday.

A blood draw option must be added to an order containing a profile or panel. It cannot be bought on its own.
