Home Visit
A qualified nurse comes to your home, takes your sample and takes it away with them. Nothing is posted, in either direction.
How it works
- We arrange the visit with the lab's nurse service.
- The nurse attends your address at an agreed time, bringing the tubes.
- Your sample goes back with the nurse, direct to the lab.
No kit is posted to you on this route, and you do not post anything. If you have chosen a home visit, ignore any instruction about kits and postage — it does not apply to your order.
Changes and cancellations
Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge with at least 72 hours' notice. Inside that window, or if you do not attend, the appointment fee is not refunded and a further appointment must be purchased. Your panel and kit are not affected. If the provider cannot carry out the draw, we rebook you at no cost.
Book your draw for a Monday to Thursday.
A blood draw option must be added to an order containing a profile or panel. It cannot be bought on its own.
