How it works

1. We post your kit to you.
2. You arrange a venous draw with whoever you choose.
3. Your sample is posted the same day it is taken.

What you are taking on

On this route N1 Health cannot accept responsibility for sample quality, labelling or timing.

• Whoever takes your blood needs to write their name and the date and time on the request form. That is a record of when the sample was taken, not an approval — the lab needs it because some markers are only stable for a set number of hours after the draw. A form without it can delay your results.
• Tubes must be labelled exactly as the kit instructions describe.
• The sample must be posted the same day it is taken, Monday to Thursday.
• Not every GP surgery will take blood for a private test. Ask before you order.

Where the lab cannot run your sample as a result, it is treated as a failed sample under our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

A blood draw option must be added to an order containing a profile or panel. It cannot be bought on its own.
