Replacement Kit

A fresh collection kit and a second run of the tests on an existing order.

Buy this if your sample could not be tested and you have already used the free replacement on that order, or if your kit has passed its 120-day validity and you want to reactivate it.

Before you buy one: if the lab could not run your sample, or your kit arrived damaged or never arrived, email us first — that is our cost, not yours, and we will not charge you for it.

Quote your original order number in the notes before checkout so we know which tests to re-run.

Turnaround: the lab reports this test within 24 hours of receiving your sample, counted in working days. Most samples reach them within about 3 days of posting. Full detail on our Turnaround Times page.
