London Walk-In

London only. Walk in to the lab’s own diagnostic centre on Wimpole Street, W1G. No appointment needed.

How it works

No kit is posted to you. Once your order is placed the lab contacts you directly to confirm. You walk in whenever suits you, Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 19:00, taking photographic identification with you. Their own team checks your identity, takes your sample, and it goes straight into the lab in the same building — there is nothing for you to bring and nothing for you to post.

What to take with you

Photographic identification — a passport, driving licence or similar. They will check it before taking your sample. That is all you need.

Changes and cancellations

There is nothing to cancel. You have not booked a slot, so there is no cancellation fee and no charge for not turning up.

Before you choose this

This is a single site in central London. Your order stays open for 120 days from the day you place it, so if you are not going to be in W1 within that time, pick one of the other routes instead. After 120 days we can reopen your order for a £20 reactivation fee.

A blood draw option must be added to an order containing a profile or panel. It cannot be bought on its own.
