What this adds to TRT Monitor

TRT Monitor Complete is a strict superset: every marker in the £99 TRT Monitor is in here too, so nothing is lost by choosing it. For £40 more you also get:

  • Thyroid function including free T3. Hypothyroid symptoms and low-testosterone symptoms are the same symptoms — fatigue, low mood, poor recovery, weight gain, low libido. Free T3 is the active hormone, and it is the one most panels in this category leave out.
  • HbA1c. Three-month average blood sugar. Standard in testosterone follow-up and relevant to anyone using growth hormone or insulin.
  • Kidney function. Relevant to oral compounds, high protein intake and dehydration.
  • hs-CRP. Low-grade inflammation, which is a finding in its own right and also changes how a ferritin result reads.

Timing

Take between 7am and 10am, fasted. Testosterone drops after a meal and triglycerides rise.

The morning window matters and so does the fast. Glucose is the only marker we sell that is invalid unfasted, so if you cannot fast, keep the early slot and take it anyway.

Before you order

  • How it works — the four blood draw options, what each costs, and the process end to end.
  • Choosing a test — what to check before buying any blood test, here or anywhere.
  • Biomarker Guide — every marker we run, in plain English.
  • Body Guide — what each organ and system actually does.

Turnaround: the lab reports this test within 24 hours of receiving your sample, counted in working days. Most samples reach them within about 3 days of posting. Full detail on our Turnaround Times page.
